I am a writer, dog mum, First Nation, and owner of more Starbucks mugs than can be used by most humans. I’ve been writing for nearly two decades, and love fantasy almost as much as a perfect cup of coffee

My first venture into the realm of fantasy occurred after being forbidden from reading Harry Potter, and I was determined to write my own magical novels to rebelliously test the limits of my strict Christian mum—who is now one of my biggest supporters. I currently live in Ontario, Canada, after spending five years teaching English overseas in South Korea, and Japan.
